Syra Coffee is a specialty coffee group operating 51 branches across Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia, San Sebastián, Girona, and Málaga. When WAIOZ engaged with Syra, the business was a single café with a strong brand, paper-stamp loyalty, and no infrastructure to scale.
WAIOZ designed and shipped a single, custom-built operating system: a multi-branch admin dashboard, a native POS app for in-store baristas, and a customer mobile app for ordering and loyalty — all powered by one Express + MySQL backend. In the most recent three-year operating window alone, the platform has processed 3,042,307 POS orders and €13.46M of revenue, with the business now expanding from a Barcelona-only operation to a national multi-city chain.
