Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Waioz Consultancy Services ("we," "our," "us"), we strive to provide high-quality services to meet our clients’ needs. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all services provided by Waioz Consultancy Services, including but not limited to software development, e-commerce solutions, and consulting services.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Before Service Commencement:
- Clients may cancel their order or subscription before the commencement of service without incurring any charges.
- A written request must be submitted to support@waioz.com for cancellation.
- After Service Commencement:
- For ongoing projects or subscriptions, cancellations will be subject to the terms outlined in the individual agreement.
- Any work completed prior to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly and is non-refundable.
b. Company-Initiated Cancellations
- Waioz Consultancy Services reserves the right to cancel any order or terminate services due to:
- Non-payment of fees.
- Breach of terms and conditions.
- Any action by the client that violates applicable laws or harms our business reputation.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
a. Eligibility for Refunds
- Service Not Delivered:
- If a service is not delivered as agreed upon, clients are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Completion of Services:
- For partially completed services, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Subscription Services:
- Refunds for subscription services will only be provided for unused portions of the subscription, subject to a notice period as outlined in the individual agreement.
b. Non-Refundable Services
- Fees for custom development work, consultation hours, or third-party integrations are non-refundable once initiated.
- Any costs incurred for third-party services or tools on behalf of the client are also non-refundable.
c. Requesting a Refund
- Clients must submit a refund request in writing to support@waioz.com within 30 days of the cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
4. Disputes
If there is a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If resolution cannot be achieved, the matter will be governed by the dispute resolution terms in our [Terms and Conditions].
